Advanced Metal Film Coating: GC-MET
GC-MET offers a wide range of metal film coatings, including Ti, Al, Cu, Sn, In, and more. These coatings can be applied as single-layer, double-layer, or multi-layer films on silicon and reclaimed wafers based on customer demands. Typically, the multi-layer structure of GC-MET contains thicker metal films to enhance electrical or thermal conductivity, while thinner ones act as diffusion barriers and bonding layers. The GC-MET owned an excellent performance that meets semiconductor and IC package requirements, providing customers with a reliable and efficient solution.

Product Brief: GC-AR is an anti-reflection film for ultra-thin (≧0.21mm) and large-size substrates (≦12"). We also have wide angle/wide-range Anti-reflection for UV, visible light and Near Infrared (UV-VIS-NIR).
