With GC-Cleaning, GCSOL offers an advanced ultra-sonic cleaning solution designed specifically for glass. Our system handles 12" glass wafers with 1.1mm to 0.21mm thicknesses. We ensure a thorough cleaning by conducting visual inspection, pre-clean treatment, wet-cleaning procedure, and surface defect inspection. We've developed high-cleanliness glass cleaning technology capable of effectively removing 10um dust and controlling 5um dust within an optical-WLP acceptable range after cleaning. The cleanliness of the substrate plays a crucial role in coating quality. With GC-Cleaning, you can count on a well-cleaned glass surface, elevating the coating quality for your applications.

Product Brief: GC-AR is an anti-reflection film for ultra-thin (≧0.21mm) and large-size substrates (≦12"). We also have wide angle/wide-range Anti-reflection for UV, visible light and Near Infrared (UV-VIS-NIR).
